First Bridge
The first bridge was a wooden covered bridge built in 1901. This bridge was washed out in the spring freshet on April 17, 1934 and replaced with a new wooden bridge. Eventually this bridge was torn down as a new concrete bridge was constructed down river a short distance in 1971.
