Recreation

Our municipal recreation department provides a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities and programming for residents and visitors alike. The Tobique-Plex is home to a variety of youth oriented sports such as minor hockey and figure skating as well as adult recreational programming including skating opportunities, adult recreational and ladies hockey. The Tobique-Plex Fitness Center and the Activity Room are available for variuos programs for young and not so young. The walking track is available to anyone who would like to walk in a climate controlled environment. The Municipal Offices are also located in the facility as well. As indicated earlier, the Plaster Rock Tourist Park is home to tennis courts, outdoor volleyball courts, a diverse nature trail system, and an outdoor heated pool. Baseball fields, a soccer field, playgrounds and two indoor gymnasiums allow for programming options for both youth and adults.
